Discount TV Warehouse is the best source for bargain prices on high quality TVs. We offer New, Open Box, Refurbished and Preowned TVs. Some items have ongoing availability and others are limited and sell out quickly!
Repair Services (Suspended due to COVID19)
We also offer repair services at our Norcross facility. 99% of problems can be repaired except physical damage. We offer 24 hour turnaround on estimates with no obligation to continue. Most repairs are completed within 3-5 business days. We will stay in contact with you to make sure that you are informed of any delays and your expected completion date.
We offer a 7 day no questions asked return policy. In order to be eligible for a refund, the TV must be undamaged, with original packaging and all original items including remote and power cord. Unfortunately, no shipping related charges can be refunded.
Trade-in Program (Suspended due to COVID19)
We offer trade-in credit for broken, non-working, and damaged TVs. Most credits are $25-75 depending on the model and condition of the TV. Limit 1 trade in credit per TV purchased. We do not allow for bulk trade-in and we do not buy broken TVs in bulk.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
Retail Customers of Discount TV Warehouse (Customer) are eligible for a 6 month warranty covering the function of the merchandise. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and continues for 180 calendar days. The merchandise will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Discount TV Warehouse (Company) at no charge to Customer. This warranty does not cover any form of physical damage, abuse, neglect, or improper care of the merchandise by Customer. If any agent, employee, or representative of Company deems that the merchandise has been subject to any type of the aforementioned adverse conditions, or for any other reason, the Company may, at its sole discretion deny any warranty claim or support. Customer must arrange delivery and pick up the merchandise from Company's designated repair center. The item must be plugged into a functioning surge protector during operation to be covered under warranty. Repairs cover only the device's function and are only intended to return the device to its working condition at the time of purchase and does not cover any cosmetic conditions.
