The TV itself works fine. It had a lot of unknown grease on it that I had to clean off, lots of smudges on the screen that I had to get anti static wipes for. Although it was supposed to be delivered the same day because I ordered before 9am, I was called and told it was out of stock, but would be delivered the following day (Friday). Instead, I ended up having to wait a week before I called them and was told that the order didn't go through, but that it was just in stock that day and would arrive the same day. I was later called and told by the shipping company that it wouldn't ship until the following day because they didn't get the order until late that day (even though it had been processed a week prior). After finally coming home from work at 8pm and being excited to mount my TV, I find out that they left a universal TV stand instead of the wall mount that I ordered (the TV stand is also rated for 37"-60" and under 50lbs, not the 65" that I had ordered). After calling them I was told that they would call back the following day and was told this was given to me to "hold me over until the wall mount arrived" and that it would be delivered the following day as soon as it arrived from FedEx..this was 3 days ago and I am still waiting for the wall mount or a call as of this review on 9/5. We have had multiple other packages delivered on our street by FedEx since then, but still no wall mount. The TV does work, and after being tired of the giant box sitting in the middle of my living room floor I finally decided to use the smaller TV stand and clean the TV as best I could. Moral is probably to just buy local rather than having to deal with all of this hassle over a TV and wall mount.
